5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit.

• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If an attempt is made to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• If any fraud or misuse related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• tk799 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet has been placed, it is generally non-withdrawable.
• tk799 reserves the right to review and amend the outcome of any transaction or bet completed due to a technical error.
• Winnings resulting from a software error or display error in any game will not be considered valid.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded, although the specific rules for each sport apply.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time; the odds applicable at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

6.3 VIP Program

tk799's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and usage.

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited on the tk799 platform and constitute a serious violation of these Terms:

• Providing a false identity or false information when creating or using an account.
• Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Abusing or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or similar technology.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or modify the platform's software, servers, or network.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users or misconduct towards site staff.
• Making transactions using a third party's account or payment method.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the activities described above, tk799 reserves the right to close the relevant account and seize funds without prior notice.

8.1 Suspension by the Platform

• Prolonged inactivity on the account.
• Compliance with directions from law enforcement agencies or court orders.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
